This policy covers Hit the Road Dude at hittheroaddude.io. Effective October 22, 2026.
What we collect
The photo you upload, the email you pay with, and the video we make. That video is the size you chose before you paid, widescreen 16:9 or vertical 9:16, with the generated soundtrack. The same picture is also kept without the music and without captions. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card.
Delivery records
We record visits to your results and video download requests to help resolve delivery problems. Our email provider records delivery, opens, and link clicks. These signals may include automated email checks. Internal testing is excluded from customer activity reports.
How long we keep it
Your photo is used only to check it and to make your video. We delete it automatically about a day after your video is finished. If you upload a photo but do not make a video, we delete it within two days. Our AI video provider receives a copy only to make your video.
We keep your videos so your private link keeps working. To have your videos and email deleted, email support@hittheroaddude.io from the address you paid with.
